（1）、激光快速成型：激光快速成型由原材料的不同分為SLA和SLS兩種。

SLA是采用立體雕刻手法進行加工的手藝，是較早期出現的快速成型技術之一。

而激光快速成型得制造手藝過程是：

①在樹脂槽中盛滿液態光敏樹脂，它在紫外激光束的照射下會快速固化。成型過程開始時，可升降的工作臺處于液面下一個截面層厚的高度，聚焦后的激光束，在計算機的控制下，按照截面輪廓的要求，沿液面進行掃描，使被掃描區域的樹脂固化，從而得到該截面輪廓的樹脂薄片。

②工作臺下降一層薄片的高度，以固化的樹脂薄片就被一層新的液態樹脂所覆蓋，以便進行第二層激光掃描固化，新固化的一層牢粘結在前一層上，如此重復，直到整個產品成型完畢。

③進行清洗、去處支撐、二次周化以及表面光潔處理等。

光敏樹脂選擇性固化快速成型技術適合于制作中小形工件，能直接得到樹脂或類似工程塑料的產品。

2、CNC快速成型

越來越多東莞手板廠在應用CNC機，技而且術相對成熟。用于清溪手板廠加工效果以及精度也非常好，為目前首先考慮的手板加工手段。

1, laser rapid prototyping (SLA/SLS)

The last place clean, support and secondary ZhouHua and smooth surface treatment etc.

SLS processing method and SLA technology similar, but with powder raw material replaced liquid light polymer, and with a certain scanning speed and energy effect on powder materials. In the forming process, the laser parameters and powder characteristics and sintering atmosphere is to influence the quality of sintering were important factors. SLS rapid prototyping can produce the most hard board, and can be utilized in a variety of materials, such as the vast majority of engineering plastic, wax, metal, ceramics, etc., the construction of high speed parts, no need for parts after correction, without design and structural support.

2, CNC rapid prototyping

CNC in mechanical processing industry use widely, technical relative mature. Used in qingxi plank factory processing effect and precision is also very good, as the first panel processing means.
